1. General Provisions

1.1. These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern access to and use of the official website of Tufenkian Foundation (“Foundation” or “Website”).

1.2. All content published on the Website, including but not limited to texts, images, graphics, reports, videos, logos, and other materials (“Materials”), is the exclusive property of the Foundation unless otherwise indicated and is protected under the legislation of the Republic of Armenia and applicable international law.

1.3. By accessing or using the Website, users agree to comply with these Terms.

2. Use of Materials

2.1. Any reproduction, distribution, translation, publication, or other use of the Materials is permitted only in accordance with these Terms and applicable law.

2.2. Partial use of Materials is permitted solely with proper attribution to the Foundation and, in the case of online publication, with an active and clearly visible hyperlink to the relevant page of the Website.

4.3. Any disputes arising in connection with the Website shall be resolved in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Armenia.

4.4. These Terms are published in Armenian and English, both texts being equally authentic and having equal legal force. In case of discrepancies, the provisions shall be interpreted in good faith and in a manner consistent with their purpose.
